SPERRY TOP SIDER

Love my new shoes from Sperry Top Sider. I don't own any shoes like this at all but found them online and thought they'd be great for the summer! (Only slightly thinking ahead...)

The Mac

 Coat // Miss Selfridge
       Boots // River Island

Finally I can wear my favourite coat! I didn't take this off last Winter. My mum treated me as I had a history of buying stupidly thin coats. I love this coat as its cosy but still looks really smart. It was quite a bit out my budget but it was definitely worth it.

MOTELROCKS

Thursday was the Motel Rocks promotion event at Ink in Leister Square. I am so lucky to go considering I got my blog 2 months ago. I had the opportunity to meet other bloggers and find out about some amazing brands.

There was some amazing products at the event. I got my hair done by hair stylist Paul Phillips, he used the Fudge Urban hair chalks to make the amazing colour. Only down fall is it can rub off on your neck and chest a bit. Illustrated nails were giving out manicures and did a gorgeous print on my house mates nails. I think one of my favourite parts of the night was the clever booth. If you uploaded a photo on to Instagram with the hashtag MotelRocksTheParty you could get the image printed off in a polaroid style. I got about 20.
Not to mention the amazing cocktails from Freixenet UK.

Below are some of the gorgeous outfits that got worn to the event.

Primark Haul

 dress // Primark
jumper // Primark
ring // Primark
boots // Forever 21

How amazing is Primark Oxford Street? Well apart from the fact it is redic busy and nothing seems to be in the right place... but I got some amazing purchases last time I went. I love the denim dress, It is so easy to wear and can come out in all the seasons. I love the colour of teal jumper BUT make sure you wash it at the right heat! It was over sized now it is seriously cropped. The boots I found in sale at Forever 21 for like £12 last year. Such a good buy.

Clueless

Earings // topshop
dress // asos
bangles // topshop
shoes // new look

Went to Kingston last night with my roomies, can't quite remember everything... and we all woke up drunk! not bad for a tenner though. I wore this dress which I originally got for my 18th birthday (90's theme I went as Cher). It's the first time I've wipped it out since then. It's not my normal thing as I don't really like bodycon dresses or particularly plain clothes but I love this dress. I think I got it for like 20 something pounds but it went down in the sale to £5 on ASOS, soo good.

Freshers dress

dress // miss guided
bracelet // H&M
earrings // topshop
shoes // urban outfitters

I have never struggled so much to put on a dress! It took me about 15 minutes to work out which string went in which hole, so long. when I had worked it out I loved it. I think it is unique to all my other lbd's (a little revealing) but amazing never the less. Only thing wrong is that it is a bad fit, in some places too tight and others too baggy.

I have worn these shoes soo much, they are so covetable. I got them at the end of the summer in the sale, think they were only £40! I haven't been wearing them at uni but will soon.

Kimono Kimono

kimono // primark
dress // boohoo
socks // primark
shoes // converse
sunglasses // H&M
earrings // primark

I had to go to uni for the first time yesterday, I have no idea why. All we did was get a free beer, sit for half an hour then go - kinda pointless but, free beer. Im pretty sure most people put some effort into their outfits for the first impressions. I rocked up in this kimono from primark, so glad I bought it now, its so easy to wear and I love the layering affect with the dress. The socks are also primark, you cant see them that well (actually pale pink) but they added a bit of colour to the outfit. I don't know if it is obvious but I can't stay away from primark at the moment!

Tiger socks

t shirt // copper garden
socks // topshop
shoes // forever 21

I'm loving having a blog at the moment, it's the perfect excuse to play dress up. All my house mates are out at the moment so I have the house to myself for the first time. So I might of gone into Jess's room and stolen her top (shhh).
She made it her self and sells it on her blog (copper garden) its amazing, I love the colour, I think it clashes really well with my hair. The leather skirt has a really comfortable waist band. The socks are new, I've wanted some bold printing socks for ages, so I went into Topshop and got the 3 for £8 offer. I think adding the socks to the outfit with the courts gives it a real fashionable edge.
